I know I already posted a message about that problem, but I haven't received really much help yet. When I turn off my computer, it makes a strange sound that sounds like an empty radio channel (I don't know how to explain better). It make this sound quickly, and extremely disagreeable. It is so loud I hear it almost in the whole house. This happened once I changed my graphic card. Does anybody have an idea what it could be?
