20 pin USB header cord problem

I bought a HAF 922 Case and there is a 20 pin (or 19 pin) cord the comes from the header and is supposed to attach to the mother board. My mother board is the ASRock Extreme3 990FX and it said that it was compatible. Is there really a slot to plug it in and i cant find it or is it not there and i have to buy an adapter.

That motherboard doesn't have a USB 3.0 connection. You need this. Amazon.com: USB 3.0 19 Pin to Front Panel to USB 2.0 to Motherboard 9 Pin F/F Cable: Computers & Accessories

I was stuffing my face with lunch and doing a casual search on Google using the search terms > usb 3.0 pci card with front panel header

I'm using that same type of converter cable on one of my computers. Works perfect. Granted it doesn't work at 3.0 speeds, but I don't really have any USB 3 devices anyway. But if you need 3.0 speeds in the front ports then that card is a good way to do it.
