New CPU Cooler

I have an AM3 board and need a new CPU cooler. The one I have now is the stock fan and heatsink and the fan is making a clicking noise so I'm afraid it's dying.

Running, even under load, it's only getting to about 35 or so degrees C so I'm not looking for any massive cooling needs. I just want a basic replacement for the stock cooler, maybe a slight upgrade. Mostly I'm looking for something really quiet.

Also, should I grab some heatsink compound or just use what it comes with (or will it come with anything)?

EDIT1:
I've seen this: but it's HUGE!...I don't think I need all that. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065

EDIT2:
I'm thinking of something as simple as this maybe: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103087 or should I go with something bigger?

Thoughts anyone?

If you use the CM cooler make sure you have the clearance from the cpu pad to the side of the case.
I use the CM hyper 212 evo and on my i5 3570k it does a great job keeping it cool. See that thread I put up for some stats on how it works with my rig.

Ya I see it and it's HUGE!! Like I was saying, I don't really want any more performace, just need something that is going to replace the stock fan and keep things running the same. I just don't want to go backwards and end up frying the CPU.

Well if you don't go that route just make sure you get a good brand name and a cooler with good reviews for your cpu chip.

Surely if it is only the fan that is dying but did the job when it was healthy you can just get a new fan?
