Laptop sometimes wont POST Updated

I have an Acer 5733 laptop that somtimes wont POST.

I have tested the RAM and each stick come back clear until i had a BSOD and then right after tested the 2GB module and I got constant errors going into the 10s of thousands.

Replaced this with a known working module and everything was working fine until i woke it from sleep and i just got the same thing.

It would not display anything.

So turned it off (hard reset) and on again and same thing.

The only way i got it to boot again was to remove the RAM and instert it again.

HDD passed long test on sea tools

Mobo then?

Im thinking it may be slot 1 of 2 on the mobo.

Put some working ram in slot 2 and it seems stable for now anyway.

I will update you as i know more
