Need help with a program

Hello I need help uninstalling a program. I had an extension pack for a game installed on my computer and I dont know what I did but I ended up deleting all of the program files from my computer. I can't even uninstall the program anymore no matter what uninstall program I use. I cant even locate the uninstall.exe that is shown in the start menu folders. Every time i try to find it i cant. I just want the whole thing off my computer. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Do u have the cd still? U should be able to use that.
