Is the ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AMD 760G AM3+ Motherboard any good?

Theres a deal on TigerDirect that entails a Phenom II x6 1045t and a ASUS 760G PLUS Motherboard for $140. Is the motherboard any good? Its only $50 so I imagine its probably crap for gaming, I could either get that or a Phenom II x4 965 and MSI 970 motherboard for $60-80 more
