hello im trying to figure out how to lower my ping because when i watch youtube videos it takes for ever to load up i have deleted the following
temp files,brwser history,cache,changed web browser from chrome to firefox to internet explorer all with same results attached are the results for when i run speedtest.net and when i run cmd and do a ping test the 2 speedtest is results from a server in kentucky i live in west virginia so thats really close servers also my computer is wired to my router and i have 4 cell phones and 2 other laptops using the wireless internet but the laptops aren't always turned on they off probably 65% of the time the router i'm using i a netgear n150 router the modem is a arris

Your connection is better than mine. You should not be having any issues watching YouTube videos. Perhaps it's something with your computer? What quality settings do you have set for youtube?
 
Try running a traceroute to see where your pings are choking at. Try going to testmy.net to see what your D/L speed is. You may try rebooting things if you are connected to a router and may try rebooting your modem also.
 
Is your wireless password protected? Try changing the password to make sure no one is "borrowing" it.
 
Come to think of it, I was also having problems loading YouTube videos the other day. Could have been YouTube. Have you revisited the site to see if it is better?
