Hey JanetH Cookie issue?

IE10 on win7

Keep coming back to find threads I have already read marked as new. I read entire sections and come back to the same thing.
Is there a problem with IE9/IE10 or is it a cookie issue on this end?

If it's a multiple choice question, I choose IE as the culprit.... but can do some testing if you think there's an issue.

Yes SETI is running VB 4 at his place and we are still running 3..
