Grrrrrr Photoshop

Guys,

Need some help as this is frustrating the hell out of me.

I opened up Photoshop CS5 today just like any other day and for some reason the colour selection tool will not work.

Every time I try and press the colour selector I get redirected to the colour sample tool.
I really can't work out what's gone wrong?
It worked fine yesterday and today it has just stopped working?

Any ideas?

You can change these display modes in the General pane of the Preferences dialog box.

Hi,

I've had a play about with all of the preferences and I can't seem to get it to work.

It does work if I change the display mode to Windows, but then you get a pallet of colours than looks like it's from MS Paint blugh, so I switched it back to Adobe and it's going back to it's colour sampler tool.

CS5 can be a little quirky ... do make sure you have all updates

OK now I feel stupid . . . .

I was remotely connecting through logmein, turns out the colour picker was opening on my second monitor which I can't see without switching it over manually on Logmein .. . . . .

my bad!
