Is It Possible To Overclock AMD E-350 Dual Core Brazos?

Could there be a way to OC it with a cooling pad for my laptop to sit on? I have found one at Amazon for about 3 to 4 dollars. Like I said, 1.9GHz would be all or at least 1.8GHz could help out a lot. Because I read a little more and this one guy said that BF3 runs good on low settings, and that 1.9GHz could help out. So hopefully I can find something, I just don't want to kill my laptop, it is all I have for modernized options right now.

Like has been said OC a laptop is not a good idea. Most laptop makers have not added OC options for the simple reason the board is not designed to get rid of the excess heat. The faster you go the more heat is generated by not only the cpu but support chips and the memory as well.
A cooling pad won't help. The pad is designed to push a little more air in but if the internal cooling isn't able to get the heat out you're going to have some heat related issues.
In a nutshell, laptop's are not designed to be over clocked.
