My computer wont load?

I have opened it up and disconnected and plugged everything back in. I am not sure what the HDD sounds like when it starts up but i do hear spinning (more than the fans that run after a few seconds of the computer starting)...

I have magically fixed the problem, i have tried starting it after the wires but this computer seems to not like me. Thanks everyone for the help, i plan to invest in a actual stable computer soon!
