And just install a Radeon 7770 HD Graphics card or would it need a new power supply, or not be compatible? It seems like an amazing deal and the processor looks really good for gaming. What do you guys think of this set up for gaming?

It looks like a decent setup for starters. Out of the box, with a good GPU, that should get the job done.

I would go with the 7870 for the video card though.

Ok, and do you think it would new a new power supply? And yea I would love a 7870 but I'm already over the original budget I had planned for this project and will have to wait a month or two before I can but everything it's gonna kill me having to wait

That PSU should be fine with a 7770.

That CPU might bottleneck a 7870 but a 7770 should be fine. And unless you plan to run a raid array or a dozen fans 500w should be enough.
