Check out this page, pick your flavour, and follow the link. Most have several ways to download ISO. Linux is friendly like that. :)

I would say Debian systems have a better community behind them for home use (I use Mint myself), but I do prefer Redhat based (i.e. CentOS) systems for server deployments - but that is really just because I know my way around the necessary configuration tools/files/directories and the forums for server configuration tend to cover more redhat based systems (probably down to legacy, but whatever the reason it is what it is).

I doubt there is much difference from a functionality point of view, just make sure you understand the one you choose.
 
It probably has something to do with cPanel/WHM's popularity, which works better with Red Hat-based distributions, and so more literature for servers are written with Red Hat-based distributions in mind.
