Main Rig (getting upgraded soon):
Motherboard (overclocked and won't post): ABIT IT-7
CPU: Intel Pentium 4; clocked at 3.0 GHz
RAM: 3 or 1.5GB DDR
GPU: HD WinFast AGP
Hard drives: WD 40GB; Quantum 20GB
Optical drives: DVD-RW; CD-RW
Other hardware: PCI Modem, PCI Serial (2-port), USB hub (2-port), USB hub (5-port) (I may have to discard the modem, since I am to use a Micro ATX motherboard.

currently have:
intel duo 2.4ghz quad core
radeon 6670 1 gb ddr5
xps 420 case
6 gb ram

the motherboard is a huge problem, as its an old one my brother used. nearly everything is non upgradable, and the ram slots are all ddr2, basically screwing me over. the only upgradable part of it is the pcie slot, should i just get a new rig altogether?

also, my friend told me to look at this, is this helpful at all? im new to all of this, sorry

I don't play games a lot but I think most recent games can run smoothly on my rig..

Board: Asus P8Z77 V-pro Thunderbird
CPU: Intel I7 3770 3.4Ghz
RAM: 8GB Corsair
Disk/RAID: 1TB WD HDD / 64GB SSD
Optical: Asus DVD Drive
Video: Sapphire 7770 Flex
Network: 100/1000 | Wifi
Cooling: Antec Kuhler H20 620
Power: Antec HCG 600
Monitor: 19" samsung monitor
