How to fix my lost partition?

I left my laptop while making partition with "EaseUS Partition Master" on without the plug so the battery went down and the laptop shutdown, maybe. Now i plug it in with ac and boot but I noticed that my hard drive became 600gb which is 900gb at first in "MY COMPUTER" but in the device management it shows 900gb. I tried to shrink but no luck is says "the parameter is in correct" :'(

could you please provide a screenshot?.

might be that there is hidden partition there, but that sounds stange.

or reinstall the OS

go to start run and type diskpart.

once in a command line Interface type the following without quotes

"list Volume"

and take a screen shot and post it up for us to see.

I will then be able to see all patitions and status of health.

it may be that it just has not yet assigned a drive letter so it is hidden.

if not you could try and use partion magic to retreave it perhaps, I will check out some programs that recover partions why where you trying the partion the drive anyway?

also it would 1 TB you can not get 900GB that I am aware of.

you might still be lucky I hope.
