I updated my phone. Don't notice any difference. I forget what the highlights of the updated were...maybe to siri, which i don't use that much anyway.

Also I see the iPad 4 is coming out along with a 128GB option.

That's the smallest I'd ever consider getting (applies to andriod as well). For a content consuming device I want to bring some kind of selection of movies with me where ever I bring my tablet.
