Simple and easy web design software?

Can someone recommend something to me? I'm in a pinch for time. I agreed to help out a friend with a charity site, even though I'm super busy at work. Unfortunately, my front page software is corrupt - I never loved it anyway. I need something to design a very simple website - only catch is, the domain is purchased and hosted already through godaddy - so I can't use a free online tool that also hosts. I would love free, but I will deal with a small fee as well.

If GoDaddy uses cpanel you can go in and click on the fabulishous (sp?) icon. In the next screen is more free forum and web page than you'll ever need. One of them should fit the bill.

I would look at a wordpress install (which godaddy can host). Really easy...

Wordpress or Drupal install - personally I run Drupal and find it more flexible if you're not looking to design a blog, but both are easy to set up and have a plethora of free themes available.
