I want to buy the graphics card my power supply is thermal master 420 watt (+12 10apms) is my power supply enough for high end cards or should i need to buy a new one
suggest me which one is best card for me
my budget is maximum 200$

My system spec is

Motherboard: intel DH77KC
Processor: Intel core i5 3450 (3rd gen)
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8gb (4x2)
PSU: Thermal Master 420 watt (+12=10apms)

Kitty that psu is a wimp. Keep in mind it's going to be pushing more than just that vid card. Look for power supplies with at least 20 to 25 amps on the 12 volt rail. And figure worst case scenario with the board running flat out with all drives doing something and the vid card playing doom3 at max frame rate while the sound plays hail to the chief at max volume. With only 10 amps he's going to get in trouble real quick.
Wattage is a sales gimmick. Amperage is the amount of power. Voltage is the push behind it.

I suggest to use a at least a 600 watt PSU.

That will be enough to run the GPU as well as any Hardware connected to the PCI bus.
