Samsung HW-E450 soundbar won't connect to Toshiba laptop via bluetooth.

So I have this new soundbar and a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Toshiba Bluetooth Stack v9. The soundbar apparently needs A2DP profile which the Toshiba stack apparently supports. When the soundbar is discoverable the laptop sees it, but when I select it and hit "next" on the wizard, it tries to connect and then says "connection to a remote device failed. Please try again."
There is no other device connected to the soundbar so that's not the problem. My friend's Mac and my android phone connect to the soundbar just fine and I can play music with them, but no luck with this Toshiba.
Suggestions?

I have the same issue and same remarks: No other device connected + device pairing properly with my phone.

The device (samsung hw-e450) wont pair with my PC through toshiba bluetooth v2.1+EDR.
