Artic Silver 5 is very good and the only one I will use in a new build or cleaning.

This. I've always used, and use arctic silver. it keeps my stuff cool, so This is what I recommend. As a matter of fact, i still have some small tubes of thermal paste, if your on a budget, and in the USA, I'll send them to you for real cheap.
