Upgrading old PC

I was looking just at a cheap setup, this is where i get confused they have a motherboard that doesn't say the simple 2.10GHz, 2.6GHz etc. Would this be able to say the new Black Ops 2 without major difficulties or would it be better to put a little bit more money into it, and then be able to play the games?

Ghz is the CPU not the motherboard, The motherboard is what all the parts connect and go on to, Depending on what GPU you have and the i5 should handle black ops..
