Why Does Device Manager In XP Say Pentium 4 Twice?

Hi all. On my newly acquired Acer Aspire RC500 I have been looking at the device manager in XP and it says Intel Pentium 4 2.80GHz twice, Would there be two CPU's?

I would think so, i got a six core, it says it 6 times

So I have ran it and it tells me that there is two logical CPU's like hyper threading.

When you have an Intel cpu logic dictates you go to Intel for help with it.
