Dell Inspiron 530 Graphics Problem

This is what I woke upto this morning, Its something to do with my NVIDIA graphics card I've tried updating it unstalling and reinstalling I just don't know what else to try, could taking it out and putting it back in help? Im so confused this has never happened thanks

Im puzzled as to why a GPU would show a install screen, sammc2013 if you have the Microsoft Windows DVD can you perform a startup repair (if nothing is wrong with your OS Windows wont do anything)
