I prefer them over the ultra-automated things that have become the standard nowadays. They give very little control over the image, and I just feel more at peace when away from electronic devices. Also, every digital black and white print I've seen has looked like crap.

My Pa has a kinda oldish one, I will have to take a picture and upload it, Do you develop them yourself or get it done at photography shop and how do the pictures come out?

I do it myself, and they come out pretty great. I made some 11x14 prints the other day and was quite pleased with them.

Yeah it's like that one I think, I am probably going up there for a few days next week so I will have a look, How much would the ones you own be worth you think?
