Is it doable

Slightly related question, can data on a raid 0 array be accessed via another computer if I were to kill this one?

Yes but its a pain in the bottom :D, can be done via a linux disk, best idea is not to trash the system, OCing ... No1 is cooling ... No2 OC in small increments

Yes, I'll definitely try to keep it from going up in smoke, but good to know I can still read my data drives if I absolutely have to. And cooling shouldn't be too big of a problem, as the h80 keeps me under 50c at full load. Should I look into cooling the ram and northbridge? What is an acceptable range for these?

Try to increse the FSB speed, the faster the FSB the faster the CPU can talk to RAM and vice veser, and the CPU speed should increse. This is how I get around locked CPU's.
