How and What to Upgrade?

I am thinking about buying this computer......one problem.
In the comments a man says that he upgraded the graphics and powersupply..... I am a noob. I want to probably do the same thing.
Here is the PC I am thinking about
Does anyone have any recomendations on a power supply in CompUSA(Tigerdirect) or any good local places to FL, St Pete that I can do this easily?

Do you have a reason to upgrade the graphic card? Do you play games or do you do multiple layered Video editing?
He says that it is only a 200W PSU. so that is kinda low. but if you are not upgrading it, then it's running like Lenovo want's it to run.
if you plan on upgrading a PC before even buying it, you might want to find another PC.
