Graphics build issue

Hey guys
New to the forum and looking for some advice for a graphics upgrade.

I'm planning on doing some gaming but mainly using it for 3Ds MAX graphics design.

I've put in the current build below and any comments on any value upgrades would be greatly appreciated!

Dell Precision 690 Workstation
Windows 8 64bit
2.33GZ Xeon E5345 Quad core 8MB cache 1333Mhz FSB
20GB DDR2 RAM
NVIDIA Quadro Pro FX550 128MB
DELL PERC 5i RAID Controller 3TB HD

I have been looking on ebay for graphics cards for sub £50. I've seenATI Radeon HD 387, I want two DVI outputs but don't really know how decent the card is past the 1GB speed and dual processor.

Great link, I hadn't seen a factsheet for the 690 1kw version before.

If you're referring to the 512mb max graphics card, I've heard that's just outdated info and it can take pretty much any card.

I guess I'm just looking for something that will do the job, reliable enough and is cheap enough (even if it's old!)
