32 bit or 64 bit OS?

The processor has to support 64 bit correct?

But yes, you can put 32 bit onto a 64 bit processor.
 
Ram is just where programs can store short-term memory and the programs can "call" the data from the ram instead of the hard drive or ssd...so the more ram u have the more data the program can store..making it faster.

Yes my processor supports 64bit.
 
I think Killdisk is better. It low level formats the disk where no data is recoverable.

You probably won't need that though it's good for recycling drives or sale.
