Put the old chip back in and be happy. That's a mini ITX board with an external power brick. Over clock that and you're going to get in trouble real quick.
The cooling for one thing isn't much more than a laptop. The power brick for the other is just enough to push the OEM setup.
Should have bought a full sized system.

I did replace the old chip, and I agree with you, I should have built my own system. I still am having the same error with the old processor back in place.
