Good call, don't do it. I smoked about 40 smokes a day for 20 plus years, pretty stupid really, not good for you at all.

How'd you pull the plug on the habit?

After quite a few failed attempts to give up, I gave up for a year or so a couple
of times, I finally went cold turkey and gave it up. Been about 12 years now since my last smoke, and I am so glad I did. One very bad habit and so hard to give up.

I tried that cold turkey thing when I was married the second time. After a week she went out and bought a carton and told me to start back.
I give bas**rd a whole new meaning.

So I was just looking at the bottom of CF index and noticed the amount of birthdays and wow I have never seen that many there before..

haha. People just put 1 January if they don't feel like entering their actual birthday. I recall Valve stating that like 90% of their users claim to have been born then.
