Need some help/advise :)

HELLO!

Firstly, i am new to this thread, so hello to all, and thanks for the help. If i have made any blunders, please let me know so i can edit/repost in different sections.

I'm into computers. However, i lack quite a lot of knowledge, to the point where i'm not really sure why my gamers lag like hell, or why my internet is really slow (i have a great internet supplier :S ) .

So, i have a Lenovo C325 all in one computer, i believe it was developed in early 2009 - not 100% sure, it's an all in one, touch screen capacity computer. But it runs so sluggish, here's where i need help.

I thought that the reason behind my computer being annoyingly slow would be 100% down to RAM, so i purchased 8GB RAM and succesfully installed it earlier. I'v tested my computers performance, and it's still hellishly sluggish. Games such as COD 4 just lags straight away, games online such as Bejewelled are almost impossible, i wouldn't mind but Bejewelled is such a basic game.

What i want to know is, why it might be that my computer is this slow! So, here's my specs, feel free to give your views on my specifications, good or bad, all opinions are valued.

CPU: AMD E-450 APU
RAM: 8GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6320
Operating System: Windows 7 (64 bit)

Here is my basic Specifications, Please if anyone has any information, can you provide me some knowledge as to why my computer doesn't run games, and heavy duty tasks.

From the very quick research I did your cpu and graphics card are fairly low end. The graphics card, from what I looked up, is fairly bad for gaming and the cpu is pretty low end for cpus. This is from very quick research though so I hope another user can confirm or deny this.
