WIFI problem

Hi, there is a problem with my router. Every time i try to connect any laptop or Smartphone to wifi, it gets a good signal but it cannot use internet, but when i use the internet of the desktop that is connected to the router there is no problem. Can any help me with this please?

Does ur wifi needs security key for connection or its open??

Yes but was asking that did u enter the security key in lappy and mobile??

Do you get any yellow exclamation marks, does it say anything limited connectivity or no Internet access?

Hi deepesh1193. I do enter the security key in the device. After that the connectivity is good but i have no access to internet, just few times i get access.
