Nvidia Geoforce 405 overheating

Hey, My friend has a Packard Bell All in One and his GPU is as hot as ****,
I actually died when I checked his Temps, his GPU is at 94c!! That is crazy! Does anyone have any advice for him? I think he should send it to Packard Bell as I believe its a thermal paste issue.

Clean all dust from inside the computer.

He knows nothing about hardware, and that would void his warranty, so thats not possible.. Its worth mentioning this only happened recently, he could play games and all that before but only now its so hot.

The person with the problem is me, I can't clean the dust as I have an all in one which i can't unscrew...

Using a can of compressed air, blow into the vents, that should dislodge any dust.
