What are these brackets after the function name?

[] = Brackets (some times square brackets)
{} = Curly Brackets

{} = "Squiggly" brackets

Some people I speak to refer to () those as curly brackets so it's safest to go with "Squiggly" for me. Surprisingly everyone knows what I mean.

I'm pretty much the same way.

[] = Backets (sometimes square brackets)
