As I'm at school I am off and on my phone constantly. When I'm at home I'm more than likely to either be on my phone or on my computer weather I'm playing games, doing homework, or sorting out files. Not sure how many hours this is, but I'm mainly in front of a screen.

Well I suppose for those who work a job in IT or involving computer related work (Which most jobs do these days) you're doing what you love doing and their is nothing wrong with that..
