Understanding RAM specs

Hi,

I am trying to understand the specs of RAM because I am trying to buy some RAM for my laptop. Which specs are important to know when I choose RAM to buy? From below I can only tell that it needs to be a DRAM DDR3 with a max bandwidth of PC3-10700 (667 MHz). How do I tell how many pins it needs?

Also how do I tell what is the best quality I can get for ram that my laptop supports?

Note: it's currently using 4gb of ram, but I want to upgrade to 8gb which is the max.
