Updating AMD/ATI driver

NOTE: i have attached a screenshot of all my computers specs in advance


My computer was wiped and reinstalled to factory settings. I then updated all the drivers to their current version. Now, in the "Catalyst control center" there was an AMD/ATI 'something.' I say 'something' because i dont know. Well, i uninstalled it because it was giving me issues, then i planned to reinstall it, but quite frankly, i dont know what to google search for, inorder to resinstall whatever this was! If im not mistaken, it is for cpu speed and such?

I was using PS and the cpu was at an extremely high percentage, and my computer was lagging (maybe its my computer? but i doubt it)

I would to HP's website and download the latest drivers and then update them and then see what the catalyst centre says..

Okay, so according to my driver scan (attached image), it says it is outdated. I then went here AMD Catalyst and installed all the packages. Then rescanned, and it still says it is outdated
