how to get setup file of an installed software

It depends on where the software was installed from. If the install location wasn't from the computer than I don't think you will be able to.

If it was on a USB, then that is where the setup file is. I don't think programs copy their setup files to the computer before installing. I could be wrong though.

It depends on the software. Without you giving any information about what the software is we cant assist you. There is very few programs that retain the install media on the PC.

if you are lucky try copy pasting the installed directory. However there won't be any registry keys so this will rarely work
