My users scan from the main office copier Canon iR-ADV C5045/5051 and type in their company e-mail account and send their scanned copies to themselves. The problem is I just upgraded everyone from Outlook 2003 to 2010. Now the users no longer are able to receive their scans.
1) No changes to the copier have been made.
2) We use an external e-mail host, so we use pop3.
3) We use the same settings from 2003 to 2010.
4) The files being scanned are 65kb to 512kb.
Is there a default setting Outlook 2010 has that would block these files, when it worked fine on 2003?
