I recently upgraded from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate.
Windows 7 was running for about 4 hours, then crashed.
Now it just won't start to the user menu.
Please help.

On startup it says Launch Startup Repair, and Start Windows Normally.

-Launch Startup Repair: Black Screens with my mouse on a black screen.

-Start Windows Normally: Shows the Loading Windows with the flag animation above it. Shortly after it black screens then restarts computer.

Hi theoperatorfile

Did you perform your upgrade via Windows (over the top of Vista) or was this a clean install (performing a full format before the Windows 7 install) ?

Shut the PC down, unplug the power, hold in the power button for 15 seconds, then let go and plug it back in, turn it on.

What happens?
