Specs: Comapq Persario c700, Windows eXPrience Professional, 1.5GB RAM Intel Celeron M Single Core CPU clocked to 1.73 GHZ, Intel chipset.
When ever I try to install the CORRECT drivers for my boardcomm 802.11 b/g I get an ! icon on the hardware icon in device manager, and the drivers dont seem to work, they have in the past on the same model. The hardware is not faulty, as it works fine in Vista. I love XP and don't want 7 or Vista (they are for little old lady's that don't know about computers).
And every time I start windows, I get the "Found new hardware wizzard" and the wi-fi NIC wont work.
I hope I have explained this in enough detail.
There was no stand alone installer for the drivers.
