I have the same memory at 1600MHz, and the best price I could get was $74.99 Why would you say that's expensive?

You really should think SSD. Just last week there was a Samsung 128GB on sale for $69, and you can get 256GB drives now for around $175. They're sooooo much faster than HDD it's incredible.
