Stream video between 2 ipads

Anyone know of a way to stream video between 2 ipads? Or to stream video from an iPad to a computer?

I need it to be a live stream and be over wifi and have pretty good quality. It's for a project at work, where I want to stream a meeting from one room to another where we will have more seating.

Or if you have any other ideas on how to do this that would be great too.

Have you thought of using Apple TV using AirPlay?

I have not. I do have an apple TV box. Is airplay a free app?

Will that let me setup the iPad in the room, and stream it to the TV that the Apple TV is hooked up to? And it will show the video live?

Yes it is and you can control through iTunes as well, Here is a link to the Airplay App.

That link is to a remote app. Is that the one you mean? I can't find an "AirPlay" app.

They are really cheap to buy like $109
