Turns out Corsair's fans for radiators are the best in performance vs noise.
Cooler Master SP120 High Peformance a close second.

Ya know....the Cooler Master R4 fans, are sometimes referred to as "sickle flow". If that is an R4 they tested, it ended up all the way at the bottom of the pile. yet I get such incredibly good results with them.

Perhaps they're referring to a different fan??? Doesn't matter much. My next build will be in an open rack, no more cases for me. So I'll only be using the 2xCorsair stock fans anyway.
