Hey guys, I have a problem with my internet connection in the house.
So we have one modem (in the basement) and one router (on the first floor). The problem is that every computer including Ipods can be connected to the router however, this one laptop can't. I tried the ipconfig /release and renew but there is no result. it says DNS suffix is not connected or something. thank you.
p.s we got a new router it has not been changed to the new one yet. we have to know what the problem is and wondering if changing to a new router would fix this connetion problem.
