What is a good PC for me?

Pretty broad question here, all input appreciated. I have decided I need a brand new PC, as my current one's motherboard and power supply are both far too bad for any upgrading, but need help deciding what one to get. I can't really build one myself so I need a pre-made one. Also could you link any good cheap sites for PCs please.

I am looking for a fairly good gaming desktop, not top of the range, but not garbage like this one. Budget I would say no more than £800, but much less if possible, around £500 or £600 would be nice.

Thanks

EDIT: here are a few links of PC's I have been looking at. They are all really cheap but look good, so can I have some feedback on if they are any good? http://www.ramcomputersystems.co.uk/product/rcs_glide_gaming_pc

In my opinion, the second one on the list would probably perform the best.

However, be advised that the "best", for any of those machines, is really the low end for the gaming class of computer.

If money is a limiting factor, and you're really that uncomfortable building your own, you'd be better off waiting, and saving your money for something more substantial.

Machines like the ones you linked, will be fine for games 3 years old, and beyond. However, you'd be very disappointed with their performance with any state of the art games like MW3, BF3, Crysis 2, Diablo III, etc.

OK, thanks, I know it would be best to build my own PC, but I really have no experience with the matter. How hard is it to actually do and learn how to do?
Also, if I did buy a pre-built one, would I be best off buying something pricey but reliable looking like this?
Cyberpower X79 Configurator

It's really not hard to build it yourself. The forums are full of knowledgeable people who will be happy to help.

Yup, you can purchase a machine for your needs from Cyber-Power, or iBuyPower, after finding something in your price range.

Or,

As far as building one is concerned, if you have a Philips head screw driver, and some common sense, you can build a computer

Ok, I think i'll try my hand at building my own. Even if it takes me a while it will teach me a lot about computers.
Could I now ask for some advice on building one then? And what parts would suit me best? I have already found a graphics card, a Radeon 6670 which my friend has and says is outstanding for its price. But I really don't know about motherboards and processors. A little help with finding a good processor and motherboard, maybe ram and the other bits too, would be supreme.
Thanks again.

Ok, now I just need to know if this is a good build for me. Also are all the parts compatible? I'm pretty sure they are, just need confirmation. Here is the build and some links:

And one last thing, will I be easily capable of building this with a good tutorial? I am only 14 but know a little about PC's, I know roughly where everything goes and I think I should manage with a tutorial.

All replies will be appreciated, thanks.
