General RAM Question

I own an ASUS P55D motherboard and Intel Core i5-750 2.67Ghz processor. I recently bought some G.Skill 4GB ram in two separate kits instead of the "dual channel kit" that has two in one package. Stupid me. Would you return the single sticks and get the "dual channel" kit instead even though the single sticks are identical?

BTW, the current RAM works just fine passing Memtest, Sisoft Sandra and Prime95 even with my processor overclocked 26%.

Like my pappy used to say..."iffin it ain't broke, don't fix it."

As long as the memory is working well, there's nothing to be gained by replacing it.

If the ram sticks meets the required specifications & works ok then it is fine.
