(Let me start off by saying that if this is in the wrong place, I apologize)
I have a question for you guys, what is the best way to record game play on my laptop, by that I mean ways that will reduce lag as much as possible. I've been using CamStudio, but I can only record small games like GBC emulations.
Is there a way for me to play better games and record them without too much lag? My computer stats are as follows:

Processor: AMD Turion Dual-Core RM-75 2.20 GHz

Installed Memory(RAM): 3.00 GB (2.75 GB usable)

System Type: 32-bit Operating System (I have a 64 bit laptop but it's running 32-bit windows 7, idk if that makes a difference.)

Please let me know.

There also should be a standard-function in Windows. Called Desktop Recording. Anyway,, why would you record games on a bad pc? If the pc is already bad, why making bad quality vids? ( no offence )
