403 forbidden error

Just tried to access this link;

http://blog.seorevolution.com/2012/09/28/things-you-should-know-right-now/

And got:
“Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /2012/09/28/things-you-should-know-right-now/ on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Both links work fine for me.
Try them again now and see what happens. Perhaps the site was down at the time.


Not sure if this is shill spamming or not but based on other posts it's unlikely.
 
Is there something on my computer that is causing blocking? Can this be caused by my host (Hostgator)?

Is there a 'usual' reason that this happens on computers?
 
I don't know,..web browsers are software that I know little about.

Perhaps someone with some expertise in this area, will jump on here and help.

When I click on those links you posted, I see this...

That looks like a server level banning. You can make it to the server but not get in to any of the hosted sites.
