New PC Recomandations

Hi all,
I want to build a computer and i want to get recommandations for specs. Here is what i've choosen:
CPU:Intel Petinum 4 3.8 GHz
GPU: nVidia 1000 series+ (i havent choosen exactly)
OS: Windows XP or 7 (dual boot maybe? )
Case: The old 2003 case of my pc but it seems to dont support good proccesors.
This is all i've choosen if you have recomandations for others or don't like the specs i selected post!

What OS-Wiz is trying to say is that you don't want to build a PC with a Pentium 4 processor. If you provide a budget, then we can provide some good build options.
